RoseFae is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged packages OR damaged cups once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, please file a claim with the mail carrier.
If the customer has failed to enter the correct address or leave it incomplete, you will NOT receive a refund.
